Product Return Policy:
• Due to the fact that our merchandise is Hazmat products, chemicals, or adhesives, we do not offer refunds. The only time returns are accepted is in the case of an order/shipping error. W.B. Hospitality Solutions will correct any order errors or defective products through exchange only. We do not offer refunds of these products.
• All claims of shortages or order discrepancies must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
• Customers must pay shipping charges on all returns. Upon receipt and inspection of the product return, W.B. Hospitality Solutions will issue a refund on shipping charges if it is proven that there was a shipping error or the product was defective.
• All returns must be shipped back in original, unopened packaging in order to receive replacement merchandise
